About me

Working on my outside physical weight means I am also making changes to my inside. My brain, the way I feel about food, exercise and life are going to change for the better. I'm tired of making excuses and mostly want to write these thoughts, feelings, etc out so I can get the most out of them during this journey. Plus, maybe share with someone else who shares the same frustrations, etc during their weightloss journey. :)
